Northern Vietnam 7 days/6 nights

Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Upon your arrival in NoiBai airport, our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to hotel in the city center. Check in and relax time.In the afternoon we will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and its complex. After that we wil move to the Temple of Literature and spend about 1 hour here to know more about Confusius and study system in Vietnam in the past.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L/D)

We will leave for Halong Bay trip at 8:30am. You will have a short break on the way of 3 hours and a half.When we arrive in Halong, board and check in.

A liitle time for relaxing before having lunch on the boat will be given. After lunch, we will visit one of the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay named Sung Sot Cave (surpirising cave), do kayaking and swimming before sunset.After relaxing and enjoying sunset, we will have a fantastic dinner on boat with great decorations. A quite night on boat in the bay is so wonderful

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Train to Hue (B/L/D)

After breakfast on the boat, we will visit the floating village in Halong Bay to see their daily life. More time on boat will be for relaxing and check out. Lunch will be served before we get back to the wharf to go back to Hanoi.

Arriving in Hanoi, you will take a short visit of the Old Quarter on cyclo and water puppet show before leaving for Hue by night train.

Day 4: Tuduc tomb

When you arrive in Tuduc tomb, our local guide there will pick you up and we go for some refreshments and breakfast. After that we start the city tour by visisting the Royal Citadel. After that we will take a boat trip to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Tu Duc Mausoleum. We will head back to the city for hotel check in and lunch. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy the peaceful of the city.

Day 5: Hue – Hoian (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, the driver will pick you up and transfer to Hoian. On the way you’ll stop at Hai Van pass or China Beach and take photos. We will arrive in Hoi An in the afternoon, relax and take our walking tour before our Dinner. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoian Cooking Class (B/L or D)

Cooking Class can be done in the morning or afternoon class. We visit colorful market of Hoi An, buying some of the ingredients for our cooking lesson. Good bye the market, we take 25 minute boating along Hoi An River to the cooking school. This is a chance to enjoy the view of local people daily life on 2 sides of river. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning some local’s well-known dishes. It takes us 2 hour learning, each dish is first demonstrated by the Chef, then we prepare the same dish by ourselves. We also know how to décor the plate as Vietnamese food carving. After the lesson, we enjoy our food.

Day 7: Hoian – Danang – Hanoi(B)

After spending morning relaxing, you will check out hotel and take a flight to Hanoi and prepare for your departure.
