Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arival

Upon your arrival in Tan Son Nhat airport, our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to hotel in the city center. Check in and relax time.

Day 2: Cu Chi tunnels and Cao Dai Temple (B/L)

In the morning, we will leave Saigon for the Cu Chi tunnels, otherwise known as the "Iron Triangle" or "Iron Land". On our way there we will drive through pleasant countryside; rubber plantations and rice paddies. We will have an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. Also on display

are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. Next we drive to Tay Ninh near the Cambodian border. This is home to the unique Cao Dai sect. to join Cao Dai worshippers for their daily noontide ceremony. Lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Mekong Delta (B/L)

In the morning we depart Ho Chi Minh City for Cai Be town where we will take the boat ride through the natural canal, view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river sides. Before boating to the river island where we will enjoy our delicious lunch in the heart of the orchard we visit the Cai Be wholesale fruit market. After lunch we continue on cruising through the natural canal in island, and under the shadow of the water coconut trees. We also visit the local family where we can experience the agricultural lifestyle. Walking through the fruit plantation in An Binh Island, we will take the rowing boat ride along the creeks before coming to Vinh Long by motorized boat. Then we transfer to our vehicle to drive to Can Tho city. Overnight at hotel in Can Tho.

Day 4: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang (B/L)

After breakfast this morning, we will take the morning boat trip to visit the Cai Rang floating market with the busy sense right at the time. Then we keep on cruising through the small channels system, visit the rice noodles making village. Let's try experience the "Monkey Bridge" in the Mekong Delta before returning Ho Chi Minh City.

After dinner in the city, you will then take a night train to Nha Trang.

Day 5: Nha Trang (B)

This day we will take an Island tour by boat. Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit; many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world there. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where we can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Visit a fishing village and taking a fresh lunch at the island. On the way back we will be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest.

Day 7: Nha Trang – Danang - Hoian (B)

After breakfast, we will take a short flight to Dannag. Upon arrival at the airport, driver will pick you up and transfer to the hotel in Hoian Town. After check in hotel, it’s time for you to relax and enjoy the beauty of this ancient town.

Cooking Class can be done in the morning or afternoon class. We visit colorful market of Hoi An, buying some of the ingredients for our cooking lesson. Good bye the market, we take 25 minute boating along Hoi An River to the cooking school. This is a chance to enjoy the view of local people daily life on 2 sides of river. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning some local’s well-known dishes. It takes us 2 hour learning, each dish is first demonstrated by the Chef, then we prepare the same dish by ourselves. We also know how to décor the plate as Vietnamese food carving. After the lesson, we enjoy our food.

Day 10: Departure (B)

You’ll have this day free to enjoy more of the town and choose to take a flight to Hanoi or back Ho Chi Minh City. Trip finishes.
